Emily Jennings and Becky
Mastin - Peer Ministers
Becky's Bio: Born and raised by Lions in State College, Pennsylvania, home to the Pennsylvania State University, Becky decided in her senior year of high school that it was time to leave her big blue and white family. Although she is a Presbyterian at heart, Becky joined the Lutheran Episcopal Campus Ministry with great interest and hasn't looked back since. She is studying psychology, and not quite sure what to do with that degree once she obtains it. In her spare time, Becky likes to dance, take pictures, and go cow tipping. She loves Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream almost as much as she loves the Dave Matthews Band, and has a hidden talent for being able to complete the Rubick's Cube.
Emily's Bio: A
Jersey girl by birth, Emily Bliss Jennings couldn't wait to get out of her small
town and into the big city. She grew up Episcopalian, a blood denomination for
her family, as her grandfather was an Episcopal minister. She has studied classical
piano for eleven-plus years and started at Temple as a piano performance major
at the Boyer College of Music and Dance. However, by the end of the first year,
she decided it was time to turn to the dark side of liberal arts, and is now
a double major in philosophy and political science with emphasis on pre-law.
She enjoys playing the piano, reading, drawing, anime, movies, and is a complete
Jersey tomato snob. She is also a member of Temple's Anime Club and the school's
gay-straight alliance, Common Ground.
